everything you had hoped for or are of the wrong group.
We assure you we'll happily do
everything we can to get the correct ones reprinted and to you as
soon as possible.
In order to select the correct
photos from our files we need to get you to answer some questions,
if you can fill in as many boxes as possible especially Date and
which balloon this will help a great deal.
Whilst
every effort is made to have your photos delivered within 14 days
of travel we appreciate your patience on delays.
If
you are unhappy with the photos that we have sent you and we are
unable to replace them we will happily refund the amount to your
credit card.

Photos do not need to be returned to Hot Air unless a refund is
requested.
