Pick-up at your Port Douglas accommodation by a Hot Air Port Douglas air conditioned coach for your morning floating over the Tablelands, it's a one hour transfer. Pickup times confirmed on booking. |
| 6.30am | Experience the fun & unique sensation of a hot air balloon ride over the Atherton Tablelands, Australia. Enjoy the picturesque landscape at sunrise with 60 minutes flying time. Breathe in the wide-open spaces! We have Australia's largest fleet of balloons and a fun and highly trained crew to maximise the fun of your morning. As this balloon ride is an extended 60 minutes there are two separate balloon flights of 30 minutes one directly after the other, with two takeoffs and two landings. |

| 08.30am | Come down to earth and enjoy a Champagne breakfast to celebrate! Breakfast is all yours as you relax at our special exclusive use venue "Ringers Rest" set on a Cattle Station in the serenity of the Australian bush close to our landing spot. There's a choice of hot dishes (bacon, scrambled eggs with "real" eggs!, a hot tomato dish, a hot pasta dish, a hot rice dish, toast white and grain, and jam or vegemite), fruit platter with seasonal fruits from the local area, local Mareeba coffee, tea, juices, and a hot and cold buffet of cereals, muesli, yoghurts and traditional celebratory glass of Sparkling Australian wine. Yummy and all prepared in our own on site kitchen with time to relax and enjoy your accomplishments of the morning. Digital photos are available to purchase at breakfast (or online later). |
| 10.00am | As you will be returned to your accommodation around 10am, why not consider fitting ballooning in before a trip to the Outer Barrier Reef with Quicksilver or an afternoon whitewater rafting trip on the Barron River or a tour to Hartley's Crocodile Adventures or a Kuranda tour. Just let us know where you would like go or which attraction or tour you would like to connect to (in advance of the day of travel). HOT AIR connects to 47 local Cairns Tours daily. |
