COVID-19 and your Hot Air Balloon experience
Updated: 30 March 2020
Due to COVID-19 and the associated Government restrictions aimed at controlling coronavirus within Australia, Hot Air has temporarily suspended flying operations as of 25 March 2020.
We remain optimistic and committed to be flying as soon as official advice provides the guidance to operate in confidence. In the meantime, we are continuing to develop our operation so that we can be ready, with the right procedures in place, to fly safely.
We continue to accept bookings for Gift Vouchers, which are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. To further give you the confidence in your purchase in these uncertain financial times, we will provide a full refund for a Gift Voucher within the 3 year validity date should your circumstances change, and you cannot join us for a flight.
Finally, if you wish to fly with us but are not ready to make a booking, you may use the following form to register your Expression of Interest. In the weeks ahead we will continue to monitor official announcements, and will contact you once we are fully operational.
Thank you for your support and stay safe.
