We were picked up from our resort by Kelly who informed us on everything and was a great tour guide.
Once at the field Kelly and kevin were the on ground team who were very efficient and funny.
Duwal was our pilot who was a very chilled funny guy who explained everything about ballooning along the way, showed us great reflection shots for photos.
The team we had, were very friendly, made us feel safe.
The champagne breakfast was great and to see the Alpacas was an added bonus.
