I took my mum on the 60 min balloon ride with champagne breaky at the vineyard for her 60th birthday. We were met on time at the pick up point by a really chipper guy (Chris) which at 4.15 am was impressive in itself. Our pilot Ben was great; he was calm, friendly, and confident, and we didn't feel unsafe for a moment despite dangling from what is essentially an un-steerable hot bubble by a large wicker fruit basket. And that basket is full of combustibles. And there is fire. Lots of fire. Obviously, we loved it!! it was a fantastic experience. All the guys in the ground crew were lovely, energetic and friendly, and made an effort to help everyone have a good time. Can't fault Hot Air, they are a really professional and tight operation. From the booking to drop off, everything was on point. Highly recommend them & would go again.
