My wife, Chris & I went for a flight with your company on Friday morning from Brisbane & had a great time, thank you very much.
Sometime during the flight, I managed to drop my reading glasses in the basket & didn’t realize that I’d lost them until we’d got to breakfast. I mentioned it to Tony who was our driver, although not really expecting to see them again them. Tony contacted Paco our pilot who found them & then advised that he would send them to me in the mail as we live in Brisbane. However, Tony ended up going above & beyond the call of duty & after being told that our daughter lived at Ashmore, hand delivered my glasses to her that afternoon. My reason for writing to you is to really commend your team for their outstanding service, it was very much appreciated.
