The Ritz Carlton Brisbane is expected to open its doors in 2022.
In 2019 the heritage work will commence, foundations and the car park to be completed. In 2020 we can expect the core development to commence, by 2021 the internal fit out and resort development will be under way. 2022 the opening of the resort development which includes the hotels and public areas.
The Queens Wharf Brisbane development is expected to provide more than 2000 constructions jobs and then approx 8000 jobs once operational.
