I highly recommended this experience! I took my Nanna hot air ballooning last week and we had a wonderful morning! The process was very smooth and easy from booking, to flight, to end. Each staff member was very friendly, personable, professional and helpful, they took extra care to ensure my Nanna was comfortable and she felt very safe (a little scared about climbing into the basket).
The whole trip was very well organised, from updates on the driver’s pick up time, easy transfer to the launch site and back, we noticed how everything was very streamlined.
The balloon ride was beautiful, great views of the mountains and farm land. Our pilot was very capable and had lots of local knowledge to share.
Overall a high quality experience.
Will be organizing another trip for my parents!
