Hey team, I recently experienced a hot air balloon flight through your company. Jay was our pilot and Rob was our driver. I wanted to let you know that I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us all feel safe, comfortable and at ease. Our pilot Jay was very clearly in love with his work and it made flying a much more enjoyable experience. I honestly couldn't have enjoyed the experience more than I did (except maybe if I didn't have to be awake at 3am - haha.) THANKYOU!
