Amazing personal service
My wife, Michelle, and myself went on a half hour balloon ride with Hot Air on Tuesday morning . The ride was all we expected, fantastic. We rose through morning cloud to over 4000 feet. The landing was perfect.
After the landing we began to walk away, this is where we had a problem with my wife and your crew excelled. Michelle strained her foot as we were walking and was unable to move. This was just one of those things that happen. Your team responded quickly and with genuine concern and could not help enough. All this was done with a minimum of fuss so the other passengers were not really aware of the problem. We were ferried back to our car at Canungra and your team would not leave until they knew Michelle was OK. I will be recommending to anyone to go hot air ballooning with your crew as they are professional and caring.
