Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience today. Our driver Tony, ground crew Wayne and pilot Stuart were absolutely fantastic. My mother and I very much enjoyed everything about our experience and it was fun helping pack the balloon up as it gave us a chance to see how strong but fragile they are. Once again thank you for such a fantastic morning. My mother said its the best present she has ever had in all her 69 years(was a xmas present from myself and other family members).
