A friend and I had two flights with Hot Air a week ago, for their morning champagne breakfast package. How absolutely amazing!
It was the BEST service, and I wish I could rate the experience higher than 5 stars. Alex was our driver and he was outstanding! He let us stop at all the viewing points along our drive, was super attentive, and gave all up amazing customer service.
The flights were beautiful, with an exciting landing on our second trip. If you are going to book, do both half hour flights, from the early morning booking at 4am as it is really worth if for the view.
I would recommend Hot Air Balloon Cairns to anyone. It was by far my favourite experience from our trip to Port Douglas and the next time I am in the area I will be booking with them again. 5+++ stars.
