Peaceful Flight & Lovely Treats
We had a wonderful experience on our hot air balloon ride from Canungra! 🎈 We were picked up right on time and taken to the launch site, where we got to watch the balloons being inflated — such a magical sight in the early morning light. Once we climbed into the basket, we were off! Although we couldn’t go too high due to the cloud cover, we still enjoyed beautiful views of the surrounding farmland and countryside. Our pilot was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel safe the entire time. Big shoutout to Richie, part of the ground crew, who was incredibly kind and helpful — he even offered us a glass of bubbly 🥂 and the option to do a wine tasting at the vineyard after the flight. The breakfast was a lovely bonus, with both hot and cold options to satisfy everyone. Overall, it was a peaceful, scenic, and memorable experience — highly recommend it if you're in the area!
