Did the Hot Air Balloon tour with operator in gold coast three years back. The entire journey from pick-up to drop was smoothly arranged and right on time too. The guides/drivers/hot-air balloon pilots were very professional and courteous. The balloon journey itself was one amazing experience. The tour operator keeps safety as their utmost priority and weather conditions are monitored continuously before start of the tour, so no worries on that score. The champagne breakfast after the completion of the balloon ride was the cherry in the cake. The tour also options of drop-off at the hotel or other attractions like whale watch etc. They have guides in various languages like Chinese/Japanese etc. Must do if you are in Gold Coast
