Last Friday was great weather, driving from Port Douglas it was easy to find the meeting spot and we were able to truly enjoy the inspiring scenery seen from the balloon. The basket was stable, and I was able to concentrate only on the vista of the Atherton Tablelands spreading in every direction. The view from the sky has a different charm to being on the ground, pretty special.
