Surreal flight with smooth service & great insights 🎈✨
We booked directly with the company and the experience was absolutely surreal. Our driver Rob was great and got us to the launch site in record time, once we were there, it took hardly any time to get us all into the ride and off. They also made an effort to take good pictures with us (unlike some brands who're only out there to make a quick buck selling photos!). The pilot, Dhawal, knows his stuff and gave us a really good insight into hot air balloon rides, how navigation works, etc. Overall, a once in a lifetime experience everyone should have! Thank you to Rob, Dhawal and Kevin!
