More than just a flight — an unforgettable ballooning experience
The staff member who picked us up from our hotel explained everything not only in English but also in Japanese, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured throughout the experience.
Of course, the hot air balloon flight itself was absolutely wonderful and became an unforgettable experience.
What especially stood out to me was helping everyone pack up the balloon together after the flight.
By actually taking part, I realised just how much work goes into preparing and packing away such a huge balloon — much more than I had imagined.
Being able to experience not only the flight itself but also the preparation and pack-up made the whole experience even more memorable.
All the staff were very friendly and warm, and it was truly a wonderful experience.
