I booked the ballooning experience over the Hinterland for my fiance's birthday and what a FABULOUS experience it was! The team were professional and super friendly throughout, answered any questions we had about ballooning and really made the day extra special by organising a birthday cake (something which was a complete surprise to us both) at breakfast in the winery which just topped off a really fantastic start to the birthday celebrations!
