They were professional, experienced, thorough, and communicated instructions well, which provided for a fun and memorable experience. I don't usually do reviews but after having one of the best mornings with Hot Air Balloon Cairns, I felt that I should.

I highly recommend this experience, it was perfect from pickup, to drop off. The staff Josh, Ian, Mike & Brian thank you to all of you for each part you all play in the whole experience, a great team. The views were spectacular and such a smooth ride. Thank you again
