We were lucky enough to go on a private hot air balloon experience and had the most incredible experience we could have ever wished for. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, especially our Driver Rob and our Pilot Frank. My partner proposed to me during the private flight and they made EVERY part of it incredibly special. Was on our bucket list to do on our Honeymoon. Pilots great. Made u feel at ease very comfortable. Such an incredible experience to glide slowly through the sky. Brilliant landing. Glass of champagne, or juice or water when landing. Great way to finish off with photos of pilots to finish. Highly recommend this company.
