Warmhearted Team & Rare Balloon Moments
There was a booking mix-up with the travel agency, so we were feeling quite anxious at first. But one of the guides kindly and cheerfully spoke with us, which really helped us feel at ease.
The guide mentioned they liked Japan, and we had lots of conversations, shared laughs, and it made the atmosphere very relaxing.
There were many other guests riding the balloon with us, but the guide made an effort to engage with everyone equally, creating a lively and enjoyable vibe.
The other staff members were also very warm and helpful, kindly answering my questions even though I was using broken English and a translation app.
Of course, riding the balloon was amazing, but we also got to share a light breakfast with everyone afterwards, and help pack up the balloon with the team — such rare and wonderful experiences. It was incredibly fun!
