An Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish š
While I wasnāt sure what to expect, this hot air balloon experience was exceptional! From the time they picked me up at the door until the time they drop me off at the door, they kept us engaged and in the loop as to what to expect. The operation was extremely professional, and I had complete confidence in our pilot, Josh. He explained the mechanics of how the balloon worked, which I found very interesting. The balloon ride lasted far longer than I expected, and doing the ride Josh pointed out numerous spots of interest. At the end of the ride, they provided drinks, fruit, and snacks. This is one of those experiences. I will remember fondly for a lifetime.
