An absolutely fantastic experience. It is a bit pricey but so worth it. The customer service of everyone working at Hot Air Gold Coast is nothing short of amazing. They had to cancel my first booking due to severe weather, but they made it so easy to rebook for another time. When we did get to our flight, everyone was super helpful, and very friendly. Our pilot was awesome and super friendly. The views were absolutely breathtaking. There’s nothing else like it. I could not recommend Hot Air Gold Coast more highly. I absolutely loved that they included digital photos and drinks and snacks in the base cost and that you didn’t have to fork out $50 like every other tourist attraction on the Gold Coast. These guys know what they’re doing!
