Wow, what an incredible experience! From start to finish, this entire adventure was seamless and we left on such a high (no pun intended).
From the first interaction with Kelly, who is an absolute legend and the professionalism and ease of Dhawal, my friend and I could not speak more highly of the team and this company.
The communication and service was incredible and I would highly recommend Hot Air Balloon Gold Coast to anyone wanting to tick this off their bucket list.
Highlights for us included:
* The extra touches like a free drink when you fly and the complimentary photos (which look SO good)
* The team - Kelly, Wayne and Dhawal who so clearly are passionate about their work
* The seamless communication and booking process
* The actual flight and the beautiful location - so worth it even when you're deathly afraid of heights
* Champagne breakfast because who doesn't like drinking at 7am in the morning..
