From the time were picked up til dropoff, hot air balloon Gold coast is a must experience for all.
We were pocked up from our hotel at surfers paradise bt Richard who were very accommodating and gave us all the info needed before and after the trip (youll have to organize with them if youd like to be picked up and dropped offfrom your accomodation). Its an hour bus ride from our place to the farms where the balloons were being prepared
The hot air balloons pilot during that times name is Frank and is also very smart, intuitive and professional. He will explain everything thats needed for the flight. During our ascent Frank made sure everyone is comfortable and tells us history of every part of land our eyes can see and time can permit.
As a bonus we got to pack the balloon up as we landed a little bit further from the original.spot.
They also gave us soms nice breakfast at the O'Reilly's Vineyard located just 30 minutes away from the place.
Time of flight in the balloon is about 50-60 minutes that includes the descent.
Total time of tour including breakfast (1 hour) is 7 hours including travel.
Me and my wifes first time to ride a hot air balloon and it is a very surreal experience only an individual can explain. Dont hesitate and just book yourselfs a seat for the rarest experience ever.
