We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a hot air balloon ride with Hot Air Gold Coast, and I have to say, it was nothing short of magical! From start to finish, the entire experience was truly incredible, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Kelly, Wayne, and Dhawal.
First off, Kelly was amazing! He was so friendly and welcoming, and gave us a smooth drive to the launch site while also providing entertaining chat. He also gave us a thorough safety briefing and answered any questions we had, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease.
When we got to the launch site, Wayne was there to greet us and help us get ready for the flight. He was so professional and knowledgeable, and it was clear that he was passionate about what he does. He helped set up the hot air balloon and made sure everything was perfect for our flight.
Then, once we were up in the air, Dhawal was our fantastic pilot! He expertly piloted the hot air balloon and provided us with stunning views of the Gold Coast from up high. Throughout the flight, he made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable ride, and his experience and knowledge of the area made for a truly unforgettable experience.
After we landed, we were treated to a delicious breakfast and some lovely Champagne at O'Riellys, which was the perfect end to a great morning. I would highly recommend Hot Air to anyone looking for an unforgettable hot air ballooning experience. The service was top-notch, and the views were out of this world.
