So thank you for the wonderful morning and a family shared experience that will not be forgotten.
We had the pleasure of ballooning with HotAirGoldCoast on 10th April. This flight was a ‘bucket list to do’ for my 73rd birthday from my daughter and her family.
Having worked in hospitality all my life it was so great to actually witness and experience a really great team effort - truly service with a smile which is rarely seen these days. Everything run like clockwork.
Our bus driver, Rob, was all personality and went out of his way to make our day a success.
Our pilot, Stu, created an atmosphere of trust and ability. Our time with Hot Air balloons was a success from start to finish - I couldn’t stop laughing whilst lying on our backs on landing….which, I believe, was meant to add to the fun.
Our breakfast at O’Riellys was delicious and could not be faulted.
