Excellent communication and dropoff and picking up from the hotel. Toney, our guide did an exceptional job. Kudos to the crew and the gentleman/pilot who handled the balloon. ( Sory I forgot the names) Professional, friendly and enthusiastic team. I have done few trips and the smoothest takeoff and landing I have experienced so far. Safety is second to none and kept us informed throughout the trip. Champagne at the end of the trip is a great way to end such an awesome experience.
