⚠️ Important Notice: The Langham is NOT a morning pick-up location or meeting point for your hot air balloon flight. These instructions are strictly for guests who have already completed their flight and are driving themselves to the hotel for their GC5Star breakfast.

This page is for guests who opted to meet us at the Nerang Fair or Canungra Visitor Information Centre meeting points.
- Please Note: If you started your morning at Nerang or Canungra, you are required to self-drive to The Langham for your breakfast experience. We do not offer return transfers back to your vehicle after breakfast.
- If you chose to meet at the Kurrawa Surf Club car park, you don't need this page — your transfers to and from The Langham are fully included!

🅿️ Arriving at The Langham: Parking Options
The hotel concierge has confirmed there is ample parking available for our guests, and it is incredibly rare for the lot to be full.
✅ Option 1: Self-Parking (Free)
- GPS: Navigate to the Car Park Entrance
- Entrance: Approach via Old Burleigh Road
- Access: Pull up to the underground entrance and press the intercom button — a Langham team member will remotely open the gates
- Level B1 only: Proceed to Level B1 and park anywhere — spaces are open and non-designated
- ⛔ Do not park on Level B2 — strictly reserved for overnight hotel guests and residents
🤵 Option 2: Valet Parking ($60/vehicle)
- GPS: Navigate to the Hotel Reception Entrance
- Drop-off: Pull into the main reception driveway where the valet team will assist you

🛗 Finding Your Breakfast: Getting to Akoya Restaurant
If you Self-Parked on B1:
Head toward the lift lobby — it may look like a back-of-house service area, but the guest lifts are just to the left. Take the lift to the Ground Level. Note: without a hotel room fob, the lift will only access Ground Level and B1. Once upstairs, make your way to Akoya Restaurant.
If you Valet Parked:
You're already at the main reception on the Ground Level — simply step inside the lobby and make your way directly to Akoya Restaurant.
