Self Drive Directions to meet our Hot Air bus driver at Kurrawa Surf Club

It's easy to meet us at Kurrawa Surf Club in Broadbeach, particularly if you are staying along the coast or enjoying our GC5star breakfast package. This is our highly recommended meeting point for self-driving GC5star guests, as all transfers to the balloon flight, The Langham for breakfast, and back to your car are fully included!

HEADING SOUTH from Surfers Paradise or Brisbane, follow the Gold Coast Highway south into Broadbeach. Turn left towards the ocean and navigate to Old Burleigh Road. Please PARK IN THE PUBLIC CAR PARK directly adjacent to the Kurrawa Surf Club on Old Burleigh Road.

HEADING NORTH from Burleigh or Coolangatta, follow the Gold Coast Highway north into Broadbeach. Turn right towards the ocean and navigate to Old Burleigh Road. Please PARK IN THE PUBLIC CAR PARK directly adjacent to the Kurrawa Surf Club on Old Burleigh Road.

Important Parking Note: You will notice signs indicating a 3-hour parking limit (3P). Please don't worry! This limit is only enforced between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Because our tours start pre-dawn, your 3-hour timer does not officially begin until 9 AM. This means your parking is valid until midday - well after our bus returns you from your 5-star breakfast!

We will meet you at the Kurrawa Surf Club car park on Old Burleigh Road. Our bus will meet you there as it heads out from the Coast to the Hinterland and you can jump on with us, leaving your vehicle there. After your flight and your 5-star breakfast at The Langham, our bus will return you directly to this car park.

The exact meeting time varies with the season and we will give it to you at time of booking
