Self-Drive Parking Instructions: The Langham, Gold Coast

Important Notice: The Langham is NOT a morning pick-up location or meeting point for your hot air balloon flight. These instructions are strictly for guests who have already completed their flight and are driving themselves to the hotel for their GC5star breakfast.

Who is this for?

This page is for guests who opted to meet us at the Nerang Fair or Canungra Visitor Information Centre meeting points.

  • Please Note: If you started your morning at Nerang or Canungra, you are required to self-drive to The Langham for your breakfast experience. We do not offer return transfers back to your vehicle after breakfast.

  • (If you chose to meet at the Kurrawa Surf Club car park, you do not need to read this page - your transfers to and from The Langham are fully included!)

Arriving at The Langham: Parking Options

The hotel concierge has confirmed there is ample parking available for our guests, and it is incredibly rare for the lot to be full.

Option 1: Self-Parking (Free of Charge)

  • GPS Navigation: Please use this link to navigate directly to the Car Park Entrance.

  • Entrance: Approach the hotel via Old Burleigh Road.

  • Access: Pull up to the underground car park entrance and press the button on the intercom. A Langham team member will remotely open the gates for you.

  • Where to Park (Level B1 Only): Proceed through the gates down to level B1. You can park anywhere on this level, as the spaces are open and non-designated. Please do not park on Level B2, as this is strictly assigned to overnight hotel guests and residents.

Option 2: Valet Parking ($60 per vehicle/day)

  • GPS Navigation: Please use this link to navigate directly to the main Hotel Reception Entrance.

  • Drop-off: Pull into the main reception driveway where the valet team will assist you.

Finding Your Breakfast (Akoya Restaurant)

If you Self-Parked in B1: Finding the lifts can be a little deceptive. Head toward the lift lobby - it may look as though you are approaching a back-of-house service area, but the guest lifts are located just to the left (we will be adding photos here soon to help guide you!). Enter the lift and press for the Ground Level. Please note that without a hotel room fob, the lift will only grant you access to the Ground Level and back down to B1. Once on the Ground Level, make your way to Akoya Restaurant.

If you Valet Parked: Since you are already at the main reception, simply step inside the lobby on the Ground Level and make your way directly to Akoya Restaurant.
