If you've selected hotel pick-up, our coach will collect you from the lobby of your accommodation - your exact pick-up time will be confirmed in your booking. If you're meeting us directly, you'll find us at one of two locations: Nerang Fair Shopping Centre (corner of Price Street and Tibbing Street, Nerang - park in the Coles car park, not the 7-Eleven), or outside the Tourist Information Centre at 14 Kidston Street, Canungra. The exact meeting time depends on the season and conditions - you'll receive it with your booking confirmation.

Plan for the morning to be your morning - start to finish, you should allow roughly 5 to 6 hours from pick-up to drop-off. That covers transfer to the launch site, balloon inflation, the 60 minute flight, the bubbles toast on landing, pack-up, and the coach back. Exact timing varies with the season, weather conditions, launch site location on the day, and your pick-up point. Pick-up is pre-dawn and you'll be back at your hotel or car by mid-to-late morning. We'll confirm specifics with your booking.

Yes. Your digital photo package (valued at $135) is included in the $290 price. No extra charge. It's delivered digitally after your flight.

Yes - Ballooning, Bubbles & Go flies seven days a week, year-round, weather permitting. Hot air ballooning is weather-dependent, so on the rare occasion conditions aren't safe to fly, we'll rebook you for another day or refund you in full. No questions asked.

Yes, hotel pick-up is included from over 300 Gold Coast hotels and accommodations. When you book, you'll choose your pick-up location from a drop-down - if you're staying at a significant hotel on the Gold Coast, we almost certainly cover it. If you're not staying at one of the covered locations, you can drive to our meeting points at Nerang or Canungra and join the coach there.

Our Ballooning, Bubbles & Go experience is a 60-minute hot air balloon flight over the Gold Coast Hinterland. Actual time in the air can vary slightly depending on wind, weather, and landing conditions - sometimes a bit shorter, sometimes a bit longer. Your pilot makes the call based on conditions on the morning, with safety as the priority. Every flight is different, and that's part of what makes ballooning the experience it is.
