  • Please note our current content preference: We are highly interested in unedited DSLR video highlights and raw DSLR high-quality images that we can use for future marketing content.
  • Where relevant, we require final edited video to be delivered in both standard landscape cut and vertical/portrait cut for social media stories/reels.
• Terms/Expectations: Your proposed exchange for the content (e.g., complimentary flight).

Important Shoot Logistics:

• Weather & Scheduling: Ballooning is highly weather-dependent. To capture the 'hero' footage we require (ideally clear, blue skies), flexibility in your schedule is highly valued. 
• Operations: We aim to schedule flights on 'multi-balloon' days (two or more of our balloons flying) to enable optimal balloon-to-balloon shooting.
• Competitors: We cannot accept footage where a competitor's balloon is the main subject (distant or backlit/silhouette shots may be acceptable).
• Drone Usage: Any drone footage is subject to our internal drone documentation and requires pre-approval from our Head of Flying Operations.

Our team reviews proposals and conducts weather checks for potential shoots weekly. We appreciate your patience and will respond once we have assessed availability and brand fit.
