Our balloons do not have seats, so passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight and follow the pilot’s safety instructions, including adopting the landing position when required.

We provide steps and guided assistance when boarding and disembarking the basket. However, passengers still need to be able to enter and exit the basket safely under their own control. For safety reasons, our crew are unable to lift, carry, or physically support a passenger’s full weight.

If standing for the full flight or boarding and exiting the basket safely may be difficult, ballooning may not be suitable. We’re always happy to talk this through with you before booking.
