Hot Air ballooning is a weather dependent activity. We work with the bureau of meteorology to ensure the safest and best conditions for our daily flights. We keep a close eye on the conditions

and will notify you if we need to cancel. While it is disappointing when we have to cancel however we want to ensure 100% safety for all of our passengers and our own staff too. We do however find that 

often the conditions where we fly in the Gold Coast Hinterland are different to conditions on the coast. While it is raining on the coast often it will be sunny in the hinterland. If we cancel we will let you know

the afternoon before your scheduled flight, we will offer you an alternative date to travel or a 100% refund. Please note if you have booked with a third party agent refunds will be issued as per their terms and conditions
