As our balloon loadings are weight dependent we just ask that if you are over 100kg that you notify us upon booking your tickets. This will help us to ensure you are in an appropriate position in the basket.

For safety it is a requirement that all passengers are able to climb in and out of the basket unassisted. The basket is 1.2 meters in height with two foot holes to assist the climb. This will be demonstrated on the day by your ballooning crew.
