Lots to see
We set out for a long day with a pick up at around 4am that morning for the hot air balloon. It was worth it as we were lucky enough to see an amazing sunrise with a beautiful pink and orange sky. After the balloon flight we headed for the skyrail terminal back down the hill and waited to go back up in the cable kart. We took a walk around Kuranda only to find it was overly touristy so we just settled at a cafe while we waited for our 2pm train ride. The rail ride back to Cains was good we were all very sleepy by the time we got back. A jam packed day and a great way to see lots of the area in one day.
