Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard and Wineries is found on Hartley Road, Mount Tamborine. Purchased in 1986, Cedar Creek released its first wines in 1987 and was one of the first 8 pioneering wineries of BC. With four generations of agricultural heritage and more than a quarter century of experience, the winery has pursued excellence and produced some of the valley's best wines resulting in Cedar Creek being twice recognized as "Winery of the Year”. Mother nature has been kind to Cedar Creek with stunning views and excellent growing slopes also making it a gorgeous wedding venue. Enjoy wine tastings at their year round wine shop, explore the vineyard trail, join in on an educational winery tour, or relish lunch at the seasonal Vineyard Terrace Restaurant.

The winery grows two varieties of grape including Chambourcin and Verdelbo. They source their other varieties of grape from the top vineyards from around Queensland. The wineries' variety of whites includes, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Unwooded Chardonnay and Chardonnay/Semillon. There are of course stock of red varieties and dessert wines. When you visit the Queensland Wine Centre you will experience the largest range of Queensland wines under one roof showcasing some of the most awarded and more specialized varietals such as Durif, Tempranillo and Morvedre. The Queensland Wine Centre's wines are sourced from South East Queensland wineries predominately located in the Granite Belt and South Burnett Regions. The modern facility has been designed to cater for the largest range of Queensland’s wine under one roof with an impressive display of up to 90 wines. If you are a lover of Cellar Doors, Wine, Food or Mt Tamborine, you’ll never get bored tasting the same old wines again, the wineries change their tasting lists every month so that returning customers can taste their way through Queensland’s finest.

Don't waste time; you can even visit this finest winery after experiencing the balloon ride with Hot Air Balloon Gold Coast. As the ballooning tour takes place early in morning, you will have plenty of time visiting the Vineyard & Winery after the ballooning & delicious breakfast at another Vineyard, O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyard. Tour includes a spectacular balloon ride over the Hinterlands and vineyard breakfast.

Visit the Restaurant at Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard & Winery If you’re after a day of wine tasting, sightseeing and relaxed dining. Admire the beautiful lake and gardens from the glory of the restaurant’s gazebo or verandah, or – if you prefer settings indoor – enjoy the cosy warmth of the Hamblin Room. Whether you’re after a light bite or a long, lingering lunch (accompanied by an estate wine or two, of course), Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard & Winery Restaurant more than delivers with such dishes as a warm caramelised ginger pork, apple and blood orange salad, finished with walnuts, crispy prosciutto and a creamy yoghurt apple dressing, and a classic steak Diane served with seasonal vegetable julienne.

So, The Cedar Creek Estate Vineyard and Winery and Queensland Wine Centre is definitely the place to visit!
