Great crew, highly experienced and thoughtful. Stuart was a fantastic pilot - informative, friendly and a good sport all round. He provided us with the most magical experience and a fun landing! The crew Kelly and Wayne went to great lengths to make us feel as if the early morning was worth while through their humour, professionalism and friendliness.

This was my third hot air balloon experience however I must say that hot air ballooning really stood out from the others!

The flying is so gentle that even those who think that they are afraid of heights will be surprised. Take it from me personally 🙈

Finishing off with a amazing champagne Brekky at the vineyard 😍

Wow what a great experience. I thought I might be scared of the height but all the staff are very professional yet still fun I didn’t feel concerned at all about the height. Richard our bus driver explained everything we needed to know on the way to our launching site & Stuart our pilot was so professional no one had any concerns at all about our flight. We even had the opportunity to help pack the balloon away if we wanted to help which was also a nice experience. We did the sunrise balloon tour which was followed by a champagne breakfast at a lovely nearby winery. Perfect finish for a great experience.

"WOW WOW WOW" - Kim T, Cranbourne, Australia

My wife and I had an experience we will never forget. The experience of flying through the air without any engines was fantastic, no steering just floating with the wind.
Thanks to our Pilot Josh he was great and along with his crew Doug and Hitoshi they made our 40th anniversary something we will always remember.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting that little extra experience.

Such a beautiful way to start our trip. When Mark picked us up from our hotel in Port Douglas there was a big storm but once we arrived in Mareeba we were greeted by clear blue skies. Really appreciated Mark’s insights and conversation on the way up and back to Port Douglas. It is clear he is passionate about this special part of the world!
