HOT AIR offers a range of payment options for your Balloon Ride/Gift Voucher/Tour Package.
Below please find instructions for payment.
Pay by Credit Card to our Phone Reservations - 7 Days
Phone us, we will make your reservation immediately, please give us your credit card number, type, expiry date - your booking will be confirmed immediately by phone. Visa card, Mastercard, Amex or JCB. Payment by Amex card for direct bookings have no surcharge, agents paying accounts with Amex are subject to a 4% fee for processing and this surcharge is non-refundable in the event of a trip cancellation.

Click on the balloon tour you want and then click the BOOK NOW button, which takes you to our secure payment site, you will then be taken to our online shopping cart and your credit card can be processed online and confirmed immediately. Visa card, Mastercard or Alipay (Union Pay accepted via Alipay). Payment by Amex card will attract a 4% surcharge for processing and this surcharge is non-refundable in the event of a trip cancellation.

For one-off payments relating to a particular Booking ID or other payments to Hot Air e.g. a pre-paid invoice, you can pay by our secure portal or via live online chat which is also secure.
Cash on the Day of Travel
Cash on the day IS acceptable, if a credit card is held as a guarantee against your booking, no charge will be made when you select cash at checkout but your card details will be verified and stored by our bank. Be aware any no show or failure to meet our standard cancellation conditions will result in a full charge being made to your card.
Zip Pay - book now, pay later
Select Zip Pay as the payment method at checkout to use your Zip account to book. You are able to purchase a product, including gift vouchers, and flexible payments may be made through Zip after you travel. More information may be found on our Zip Pay page.

Please call or email us your booking details and advise that you would like to Direct Deposit your payment.
We will make the reservation and advise you of your Booking reference number.
Please make sure you put your first and last name as the reference (or the booking ID given to you at time of booking). Please send us a copy of the direct payment advise to email@example.com or fax to 07 4039 9999. Or email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us you have Direct Debited. We will then reply with confirmation.
Please allow 5 clear working days for this after your last deposit. Login to your bank and send your direct payment to:

Just to repeat - BEFORE you deposit go ahead and make a booking with us using our BOOK NOW Button and form - then in the comments tell us that you want to direct deposit
We will make the reservation and send you back a reference number.

We will then reply with confirmation of receipt.
Please note, all direct payments must be made before 5 working days of balloon flight booking date to allow clearance. Direct deposit preferred rather than Cheque which takes even longer to clear. Thank You.
