Everything was perfect
Our flight was on Tuesday 20th April, with 4 of us booked in as a group. To say that everything was perfect is an absolute understatement! From the moment I rang the office to make the booking, thru to the our bus driver who picked us up, it only got better and better as the day went on. The flight was spectacular and our Pilot Jay, had everyone at ease considering everyone on board had not been in a Hot Air Balloon before! He answered each and every question about our new experience. All of us in our group promised that we would to give back a little of just how good Hot Air Balloons had given to us in their total experience! Well done Hot Air Balloons! Pre Covid, you were number one in Australia? Now, people like us who have experienced your premium service at every level, can endorse everything that we had read or were told about your company to be 100% correct and that you continue to maintain being the Number ONE Hot Air Balloon Company! Des. PS, The champagne breakfast was delicious as well!
