Pick-up at all Cairns accommodation & hotels by a Hot Air Balloon Cairns coach for your Hot Air Balloon ride. There is a one hour transfer. Pickup times are confirmed on booking.

After your hot air balloon adventure, join us for a post-flight gathering where we celebrate with a selection of locally-sourced treats. The tour finish time varies with the seasons (summer, winter and the time of sunrise). We can drop you back to your Cairns accommodation or, with prior notice, we can drop you off to the Cairns Reef Fleet Terminal, Skyrail or perhaps a Cairns cafe or restaurant if you would like to have breakfast at your own arrangements.

Hot air ballooning is contingent upon suitable weather conditions. Should we have to cancel due to unfavourable weather:
- If you decide not to rebook or cannot find an alternative date for the ballooning experience, the Lemoncello's 3 course meal will also be cancelled.
Important Details:
- The voucher can be used for a three-course lunch or dinner at Lemmoncello.
- The voucher cannot be used on Christmas Day or January 1st.
- The voucher is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold.
- The validity of the voucher is 14 days from the date of issue.
- Any additional food or drink not covered by the voucher must be paid for directly at the restaurant.
- Please note that the menu may change without prior notice due to seasonal availability and supply conditions.
- The voucher can be used on a walk-in basis. However, the restaurant may be busy at times, particularly during dinner hours (6 PM to 8 PM), so we recommend making a reservation in advance.
- When making a reservation by phone, please say, "I would like to make a reservation for lunch with a Hot Air voucher, please." Walk-ins are also welcome; please bring the voucher with you.

- Pregnant persons beyond 3 months (13 weeks) of pregnancy are not permitted to fly.
