Gold Coast Super Hero Weekend

Get your best Super Hero costume ready. Gold Coast Superhero annual weekend is back for 12th-14th April 2019.

The weekend will feature the Supernova comic con and gaming expo, Gold Coast film festival, meet and greet with your favorite super heroes, workshops and night-quarter zombie walk and most of all its all free!

There is something for everyone fan clubs, cos-play, tournaments, musical performances, master classes and shopping possibilities. Gold Coast Film Festival located in the Broadbeach precinct at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Kicking off Friday afternoon from 4pm - 10am and wrapping up Sunday afternoon around 4pm.

Gold Coast film festival located on the Broadbeach Mall Stage, Victoria Avenue Broadbeach, opens from 5pm Friday and Saturday, sessions are limited so arrive early to secure your seat. Friday night playing from 6pm Sky Kids 3: Game Over and from 8pm Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. Saturday night 6pm The Angry Birds Movie and from 8pm Scott Pilgrim Vs The World.

Supernova superhero parade starts 9am Sunday from the corner of Queensland Avenue and Old Burleigh Road and will finish on the corner of Queensland Avenue and Surf Parade. You will have time to super excite your weekend with a Hot Air Balloon ride departing the Gold Coast every morning daily and returning at 10.30am.
