How to redeem your Ochre Restaurant lunch voucher

Redeeming your lunch voucher for a delicious 3-course meal with a welcome drink is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps to enjoy your culinary experience:

  • Step 1: Present Your Voucher at Check-in, Lunch is from 11.30am - 3pm Monday to Saturday
  • Step 2: Choose Your Welcome Drink
  • Step 3: Select Your Meal
  • Step 4: Confirm Your Choices with the Waitstaff
  • Step 5: Enjoy Your Meal

Step 1: Present Your Voucher at Check-in

When you arrive, present your voucher to the host or staff member upon check-in. The team will verify your voucher and guide you to your seat.

Step 2: Choose Your Welcome Drink

Each guest can enjoy one welcome house drink from the following options:

  • Beer
  • Wine
  • Sparkling beverage
  • Soft drink

Step 3: Select Your Meal

You’ll indulge in three thoughtfully curated courses. Choose one option from the small plate selections below:

  • Today’s Sashimi – Ponzu, wakame, wasabi & pickled ginger (DF, GF)
  • Barramundi or Duck Spring Rolls – Vietnamese pickles, sweet & sour plum sauce (DF)
  • Coconut Prawns – Mango kimchi, desert lime mayo (DF)
  • Duck Miang – Thai-style marinated duck, lychee, betel leaf (GF, DF)
  • Scallops with Prosciutto – Tomato, asparagus, sunrise lime & honey dressing (DF, GF)
  • Kangaroo Satays – Macadamia satay sauce (DF, GF)
  • Eggplant – Miso caramel, cauliflower puree, Kakadu plum, enoki mushrooms (VG, GF)

Choose one option from the medium plate selections below:

  • Slow-cooked Lamb – Feta, pomegranate, pita, lemon aspen hummus
  • Pork Belly – Green papaya, peanut, coconut & grapefruit, Davidson plum jam (GF, DF)
  • Octopus – Lemon myrtle chimichurri, tomato salsa (GF, DF)
  • Ricotta Gnocchi – Wild mushrooms, truffle cream, salsa verde & pecorino (V)
  • Salt & Pepper Quail – Compressed watermelon, finger lime (DF, GF)
  • Calamari – Secret spice, pineapple & wild lime salsa, Asian slaw (GF, DF)
  • Salt & Pepper Crocodile and Prawns – Vietnamese pickles, lemon aspen sambal (DF, GF)
  • Ochre Salad – Mixed greens, Mungalli feta, bacon, olives & garlic mayo (GF, VO)

Dessert Option:

  • Lemon Myrtle and Macadamia Meringue – Served with lemon aspen sorbet

Step 4: Confirm Your Choices with the Waitstaff

Once you’ve made your selections for each course and chosen your drink, inform the waitstaff. They’ll ensure everything is prepared just as you like it.

Additional Notes:

  • Dietary Requirements: Many of the dishes accommodate dietary needs like gluten-free (GF), dairy-free (DF), vegetarian (V), or vegan (VG). If you have any additional dietary requests or allergies, inform the staff when ordering.
  • Service Inclusions: Your voucher covers the meal and drink. Any additional beverages or dishes will be charged separately.
  • Expiration Policy: Your voucher is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Not valid for 25th December or the 1st January. 
  • Conditions: The resturant voucher cannot be refunded, exchanged or resold.
