Queensland Corporate Games in Brisbane May 2014
Not long now, until Australia's largest Multi-Sport Challenge when the 15th Queensland Corporate Games are held here n Brisbane on May 16-18.
Competitors travelling to Brisbane will be competing in more than 14 sports including Cricket, Golf, Soccer, Tennis, Basketball and Touch with more than 4,000 participants from 200 companies contending over the 3 days.
The Queensland Corporate Games started in 1993 to boost companies involvement with active employees’ for a more energetic and better lifestyle.
Not only do Brisbane company employees get involved but so too do employee family, friends and clients get to take part. Participation happens on both a company and individual level, so all are welcome.
In addition, the Queensland Corporate Games contribute to the Australian Cancer Research Foundation (ACRF) where funds raised assist cancer research in Australia. So just by playing netball or softball with feollow employees, not only does everyone get up and out but also money is contributed to the ACRF to work with scientists working on best practice cancer cures.
Hot Air Balloon Brisbane is pleased to donate $20 from every ticket holder to mention the Queensland Corporate Games, to the ACRF Cancer fund.
